JMW Barnard Management Ltd was founded in 2002 and has built up its residential block management business from one client up to the present day level of approximately 100 clients. We currently have a team of 9 members of staff on hand to assist.

Our Senior Residential Property Manager, Annie Booth has specialised in residential block management in London for over 20 years and is well respected in the industry by both Leaseholders and Freeholders.

We specialise in all types of residential flats in Kensington, Notting Hill, Holland Park and Portobello, including those with a commercial element. We pride ourselves on the personalised and proactive service that we offer all our clients based on our expertise in this field.

The buildings we currently manage comprise anything from 1 flat above a shop to much larger period mansion blocks and more modern purpose built developments of in excess of a hundred flats.
