JMW Barnard LLP identify as Data Controllers and are registered with the with the UK Information
Commissioners Office registration reference ZA206332. In the event of our non compliance with UK
Data Protection Law you may lodge a complaint with the ICO.

In the course of our business we gather and hold the following information:-

Name, email address and telephone numbers for those parties who opt to be included in our mailing list
for properties. This information will be deleted when the unsubscribe option is selected or by request to
jb@jmwbarnard.com, and will not be shared with anyone for any purpose.

Contact information including email addresses and telephone numbers for our clients and those applying
to lease or purchase properties, counterparties in non transactional matters, and in both cases their
professional advisors including agents, solicitors and surveyors. Where necessary in the course of a
transaction contact information for solicitors, agents etc.will be shared with the counterparties and their
advisors.

Bank account, supplier and landlord details where supplied as referees by parties intending to lease
property. This information will be shared with our landlord clients and their advisors.

Additional data for buyers and sellers of property where we are legally obliged to undertake Anti Money
Laundering due diligence, which will include personal data including date of birth, address, time at
address, passport details, utility bills, bank statements. This information may be shared with the HMRC
and we are obliged to keep a record.

All the above information will he held in electronic form. It will never be shared except in the
circumstances set out above.

If at any time you wish to know what information we hold on you, or have a query regarding our data

Using the above email address you may withdraw your consent, request that we delete, amend or correct
your personal data, however where we are required by law to retain the data (for example under anti
money laundering rules, or statuory record keeping requirements) we may refuse your request.

We will retain personal data for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or until its removal
is requested, subject to our legal obligations.
